It gives me immense pride and joy to announce our very first National Conference — NICE CON 2025, scheduled to be held on 16th November 2025 at the IUML National Headquarters, New Delhi.

This milestone event is more than just a conference; it is a celebration of the spirit of nursing, leadership, and community empowerment. Nurses have always been the backbone of healthcare, and through this initiative, we aim to create a platform where knowledge, innovation, and collaboration can come together to shape a healthier and more empowered nation.

With the theme “Empowered Nurses … Empowered Communities … Empowered Nation,” NICE CON 2025 will bring together professionals, educators, and policymakers to share experiences, address challenges, and chart a collective path forward for nursing excellence.
