Guidelines for Scientific Research Paper Presentation

Theme:  “ Empowered Nurses…Empowered Community…Empowered Nation’

  1. Eligibility
  • Open to nursing faculty members, nursing researchers, postgraduate and undergraduate nursing students, and nursing professionals.
  • The work presented must be original, unpublished, and relevant to the conference theme.
  1. Abstract Submission
  2. Format:
  • Title: Bold, concise, not exceeding 20 words.
  • Authors: Include full name(s), designation, institution, and contact email.
  • Abstract Body (250–300 words):
    • Background / Introduction – brief context and rationale.
    • Objectives / Aim – clear statement of the research purpose.
    • Methodology – concise description of study design, sample, tools, and analysis.
    • Results – key findings summarized (no tables or figures in abstract).
    • Conclusion – main takeaway or implication for practice/research.
  • Keywords: 3–5 relevant terms.
  1. Submission details:
  • Submit as a Word document (.doc/.docx) using Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.
  • File name format: PresenterName_Institute_Title.docx
  • Send to: [conference email ID] before [submission deadline].
  • Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
  1. Review and Selection
  • Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Selected participants will be notified by email.
  • The decision of the review committee will be final.

  • The selected abstracts will be asked to be presented on the week prior to the conference via a google meet link.
  • The winning abstracts (first, second and the third place) will be presented on the day of conference
